Pecan Pie

Ingredients:
3 large eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup pecans
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375F, beat eggs, sugar & salt. Add butter & syrup &**; mix in pecans. Bake 40-45 minutes in pie shell.

**For those of you who like chocolate - add 2 ounces of Bakers Chocolate (Bar). This will give the pie a delightful taste. Preparation of the chocolate - melt and add to the mixure before adding the pecans. Delicious!
