Elves' Fudge
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter 1 can (14 oz) evaporated milk 4 1/2 cups sugar 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow cream 1 (13 oz) grated sweet chocolate bar 1 (12 oz) pkg chocolate chips 2 tsp vanilla 2 cups chopped walnuts or pecans Preparation: Combine butter, sugar & milk. Boil 5 minutes; remove from heat & add remaining ingredients except nuts. Mix well and add nuts. Spoon into buttered 9" x 13" & 8" x 8" pans. Cool and cut; makes 5 pounds. |
